Education: 2002 — Graduated from Cherepovets State University with a degree in Ferrous Metals Metallurgy. Professional experience: Since April 2014 Managing Director of Ural Steel. 2007 — 2014 Worked at Ural Steel in the roles of Deputy Chief Engineer for Coke Oven and Blast Furnace Production, Head of Steelmaking and Chief Engineer. 1987 — 2007 Worked at Cherepovets Steel Mill (Severstal). Worked his way up from Furnace Assistant to Head of the Furnace Division at the electric arc furnace workshop.
