Professional background Andrey Golikov was first elected to the Moscow Exchange Supervisory Board 11 years ago. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of NCC Clearing Bank and a member of the Supervisory Board of Russian National Reinsurance Company (RNRC). Andrey Golikov started his professional career as the Deputy Head for Dealing in Aeroflot Bank, then joined Sberbank where he was Director of the Department for Treasury Transactions and Financial Markets and a member of the Management Board.
