Biography

Elena Antonovna Abrosimova graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. Lomonosova, in 1994 defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of legal sciences, in September 2014 - a thesis for a doctorate in law. The topic of the doctoral dissertation is "Organizers of trade turnover: legal status and functional purpose". Since 2001 he has been reading a special course "Non-commercial organizations in trade turnover", his current title is "Organizers of trade turnover". She prepared a curriculum for the course and a training manual "Organizers of trade turnover." In 2009, under her leadership, the student circle "Commercial Law" resumed its work. E.A. Abrosimova carries out the scientific management of post-graduate students at the department of commercial law. Regularly conducts seminars for graduate students and young teachers on interactive methods of teaching law. The main theme of her research is the legislation on non-profit organizations, the problems of participation of non-profit organizations in trade turnover, the study of the functions of non-commercial organizations in the organization of trade turnover, the organization of wholesale trade in goods and exchange trade. He is the author of numerous (more than 150) scientific works in Russian and English languages, including the monograph "Legal aspects of the activities of non-profit organizations" (2000) and the textbook "Organizers of trade turnover" (2011). From 1995 to 2013 - an expert of the Committee on Public and Religious Associations of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Currently he is a member of the joint working group of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the Council for Civil Society and Human Rights under the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring law enforcement and improving the legislation on non-profit organizations. He is a member of the Coordinating Council under the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Chairman of the jury of the section "Civil Law" of the All-Russian Student Law Olympiad. Since 2012 - Member of the Board of the Center for the Development of Legal Clinics.
