Biography
Alekhin was born on May 17, 1930 in the village of. Troitskoe, Livinsky district, Oryol region. In 1957 he graduated from the graduate school of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University and stayed here to work. He went from junior researcher to doctor of law, professor. In 1963 he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences, in 1982 - Doctor of Law, in 1973 - the academic title of Associate Professor, in 1985 - Professor. From 1987 to the present time A. P. Alyokhin is the Head of the Department of Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. Aleksey Petrovich Alyokhin is a well-known scientist in the field of jurisprudence. The main directions of his scientific research are the administrative and legal problems of state management of the economy and administrative coercion. His work is distinguished by an innovative, creative approach to the development of fundamental problems of legal science. AP Alyokhin prepared 10 candidates of law. He is the author of five and co-author of three monographs, six textbooks on administrative law for law schools and three textbooks for law schools. He published several dozen scientific articles. Among the scientific works of AP Alikhin is the work "The Legal Status of Enterprises in the System of Branch Management", "Administrative Liability for Offenses in Transport".
