Biography
Alexey Stanislavovich Ispolinov was born on January 26, 1964 in Arkhangelsk. In 1989 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, then postgraduate studies in the Department of International Law. In 1995 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of legal sciences on the theme "International legal aspects of the activities of the EU Commission". Author of scientific publications on the topic of the dissertation.
