Biography
1973 he graduated from the History Department of Moscow State Pedagogical University. VI Lenin (now MPGU). Since 1976, after graduating from the graduate school of the Institute of General History of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, a research associate, then head of the department of the history of social thought and social movements of the same institute. From 1992 to 2008, the Director of the Russian State Archive of Social and Political History. Since 2008, Associate Professor of the Department of ISPU.
