Research Interest
universal algebra: classes of algebras (varieties, quasivarieties, etc.), structure derivatives (congruence commutators, automorphism groups, etc.), applications of universal algebra to the problem of generating codes, etc. associative algebras - non-commutative algebraic geometry: quantum polynomials (= quantum affine spaces), quantum groups, actions of Hopf algebras on quantum polynomials, quantum bodies and the mathematical theory of quasicrystals.
