Biography
After graduation he was on practical work, at the same time he studied in extramural postgraduate study at the Department of State Law and Soviet construction of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. At the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University since 1971, since 1994 - Head of the Department of Constitutional Law, later - constitutional and municipal law. Specialist in constitutional and municipal law of Russia. He reads a course of lectures on the constitutional law of Russia constantly, at different times - also special courses "Constitutional and Legal Problems of Contemporary Political Development of Russia", "Resolution of Constitutional Disputes by Courts of General and Arbitration Jurisdiction", "Russian Parliamentarism: Theory and Practice".
