Biography
He reads special courses "Bank transactions" and "Monetary obligations", supervises the writing of course and diploma papers. He is the responsible editor of the journal "Bulletin of Civil Law". Since 2009, he has been Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the magazine "Bulletin of International Commercial Arbitration". Research interests: banking transactions, monetary obligations, derivatives, asset securitization, comparative private law, civil law theory, international commercial arbitration.
