Biography
Associate Professor, Candidate of Legal Sciences. In 2004 she graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy. Scientific and pedagogical work began in 2007. In 2009 she defended her thesis on " Municipal formation as a subject of law: theoretical and legal aspects" (supervisor - Professor NS Timofeev). From 2003 to 2009, she worked as a leading legal counsel for the RRC "Kurchatov Institute". In 2008-2011, she taught at the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of Russia. Associate Professor of the Chair of Constitutional and Municipal Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov. Lomonosov since 2010. He teaches the discipline "Municipal Law of Russia" and reads a special course "Legal foundations of municipal economic activity" in cooperation with Professor N.S. Timofeev.
