Biography

He conducts special courses "International Trade Law", "Concept and types of trade agreements", "European trade law and WTO law", "Securities in commercial circulation"; participates in the reading of collective special courses "Elaboration of terms of trade agreements", "Master's thesis", "Methodology of scientific research". Among the last published works: "The Exchange of Exchange Law" (2006), "Securities in Russian Civil Law" in 2 volumes (2007), the author's course "Civil Law" in 4 vols. with a total volume of more than 200 liters.
