Delov Vladimir Viktorovich

Biography

He was born in Tbilisi in 1968. In 1998 he graduated from the Political Science Department of the Faculty of Philosophy of the MV Lomonosov Moscow State University. Since 1994, in parallel with his studies he worked at the Faculty of Philosophy. During his studies he was chairman of the student trade union committee and chairman of the student campus of the student campus DSV-DSK-Dsya. In 2003 he defended his thesis at the Department of Public Administration of the Faculty of Philosophy. Since 2002, he began teaching at the Faculty of World Politics, and from 2008 to the present time I work at the Faculty of Political Science. From 2002 to 2014 he worked in the rector of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov.
