Biography
AA Demin was born in 1940 in the village of Kosarevo, Novo-Derevenkovsky district, Orel region. In 1969 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. Patrice Lumumba. Works at the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University since 1992. He defended his thesis on "Immunities and privileges of the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance". AA Demin reads the lecture course "Administrative Law of the Russian Federation" and special courses: "Actual Problems of Administrative Law of the Russian Federation", "Subjects of Administrative Law of the Russian Federation".
