Biography
He was born on January 18, 1952 in Moscow. In 1972 he entered the law faculty of the Moscow State University. M. Lomonosov, who graduated with honors in 1977. In 1977-1980 he studied in full-time postgraduate study of the faculty named after the department of land and collective farm law (from 1989 to the present time - the chair of environmental and land law). On January 9, 1981 he defended his thesis on the topic "State Sanitary Supervision for the Protection of the Environment". In 1990-1991 he studied at the doctoral studies of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University in the Department of Environmental and Land Law. On October 9, 1992, he defended his doctoral thesis on "Environmental Control: Theory, Practice of Legal Regulation". He works at the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University since January 15, 1981. He reads lecture courses: "Land Law", "Environmental Law". She reads special courses: "Actual problems of natural resource law", "Environmental management and control".
Research Interest
concept, subject and system of environmental law; the problems of applying environmental law; the problems of the formation of new environmental legislation; theory and legal technique of law-making activity; problems of teaching environmental law.
