Biography
In 1988 she entered the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. MV Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), which she successfully graduated in 1993. In 1993-1996 she studied at the full-time post-graduate course of the faculty named after the department of environmental and land law. On February 27, 1997 she defended her thesis on the topic "Problems of development of the environmental legislation of Russia". On October 10, 2007, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Environmental Legislation in Russia: Theory and Practice of Systematization". He has been working at the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University since March 28, 1994. He reads lecture courses: "Land Law", "Environmental Law" (1994-2001). She reads special courses: "Environmental legislation".
