Biography
Kuznetsov Igor Ivanovich was born in 1973 in the city of Saratov. In 1995 he graduated from the Faculty of History of Saratov State University named after NG Chernyshevsky.Igor Kuznetsov's monograph "Political mechanisms of separation of powers in modern Russia" became the winner of the All-Russian competition for the best scientific book of 2010, held among teachers of higher education institutions and researchers of research institutions of the Foundation development of national education. II Kuznetsov worked as an expert in the "Debatable Space" program of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation (Germany). Under the scientific guidance of II Kuznetsov, two Ph.D. theses in political sciences were prepared and protected. Currently, 3 postgraduate students are being supervised. II Kuznetsov is a member of two dissertational councils for defending dissertations for the academic degrees of a candidate and a doctor of political science.
Research Interest
Political institutions and their evolution, separation of powers in modern states, comparative constitutional law, political processes in modern Russia, information technologies in politics.
