Biography
Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1981), professor, head. Chair in the Air Force Engineering Academy. NOT. Zhukovsky, part-time chief research officer of the Institute of Numerical Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences I.K. Lifanov is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow University (1965), and also defended his thesis on "Large inductive dimension of bicompact spaces" (1968). Beginning with the fifth year, he taught four years (1964-1968) at the Kolmogorov school at Moscow State University on the recommendation of academicians P.S. Alexandrova and A.N. Kolmogorov.
