Biography

Assistant of the Chair of Constitutional and Municipal Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov. Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 2009 she graduated with honors from the MVLomonosov Moscow State University. Lomonosov Moscow State University. Candidate dissertation - "Problems of the effectiveness of legal regulation of the organization of local government" (MSU, 2013, supervisor - Professor SA Avakyan). Conducts seminars on municipal law. The circle of scientific interests is the peculiarities of the organization of local self-government in the cities-capitals of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the interaction of local self-government bodies with public authorities, the economic foundations of local self-government, and the problems of organizing local self-government in rural areas.
