Mikhail Yuryevich Popelensky was born on October 30, 1976 in Moscow. 1999 - graduated with honors from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University. Qualification: mechanic. 2002 - graduated from the post-graduate course of the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of Moscow State University. Qualification: mechanic. 2003 - Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Theme of the dissertation "Integral methods of aviation gravimetry". Scientific advisors Professor NA. Parusnikov and Professor Yu.V.
