Biography
In 1981 he entered the Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov at the Faculty of Philosophy. In 1986 he graduated with honors from Moscow State University. In 1986-1988. studied in graduate school of the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University. In 1993 he defended his Ph.D., in 1999 - his doctoral dissertation.
