Vladimir Viktorovich Tikhomirov was born on February 24, 1945 in Moscow. 1968 - graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University. Qualification: mechanic. 1973 - Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. 1991 - Associate Professor of the Department of Applied Mechanics and Management of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University.
