Biography
Professor of the Chair, Doctor of Law Alla Nikolaevna Varlamova is one of the leading specialists in the field of competition law and energy law. A.N. Varlamova reads a special course "Legal regulation of competitive relations". AN Varlamova is the author of a number of monographs, including "Legal Regulation of Competition in Russia" (2000), "Competitive Law of Russia" (2008, 2009), a training manual "Legal Support for the Development of Competition" (2010), and also numerous scientific articles devoted to the problems of competition, the reform of natural monopolies, and the legal regulation of relations in the electric power industry. AN Varlamova is a member of the Expert Council of the Commission for Legislative Support of the Activities of Natural Monopoly Entities, State Corporation and Commercial Organizations with State Participation of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Arbitration Court at NP Market Council. A.N. Varlamova is the head of the legal practice of JSC "Administrator of the trading system of the wholesale electricity and capacity market" (OJSC "ATS").
