Biography
VASILEVSKY Yuri Viktorovich (11.03.1967, Moscow) - Corresponding Member of the Board of Directors. RAS, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, prof. Department of VTM, deputy. director of the Institute of Computer Science. He graduated from the Moscow school â„– 165 (1984), the Faculty of Physics and Energy of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, specializing in engineer-mathematician (1990). He studied at the graduate school of the Institute of Computational Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (1990-1993). He works at the Institute of Computational Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences as a leading researcher. In Moscow University he worked part-time as a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University (since 2002). At present he is an associate professor of the Department of Computational Technologies and Modeling of the Faculty of VMiC (since 2006).

decomposition methods, multigrid methods, adaptive mesh construction, computational fluid dynamics.
