Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Environmental and Land Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov. He was born on March 14, 1964 in Lobnya, Moscow Region. In 1985 he entered the law faculty of the Moscow State University. MV Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), which he successfully graduated in 1990. In 1990-1993 he studied at the full-time post-graduate course of the named faculty in the department of environmental and land law. On December 24, 1993 he defended his thesis on "Peasant farming as a subject of land relations: historical and legal aspect". Works at the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University since September 1, 1993. He reads lecture courses: "Land Law", "Environmental Law"
