Biography
In 1986 he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov. Since 1992, he was an assistant, then a senior lecturer at the Department of the History of Socio-Political Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy. Since 2008, he is a senior lecturer at the Department of the History of Socio-Political Studies of the Faculty of Political Science.
