Biography
He was born in 1975 in the Republic of Buryatia. 1997 - graduated from the Faculty of History and Faculty for the training of practical psychologists of BSU, in the specialties: "history" and "teacher-psychologist", having received diplomas with honors. 1997-1999 - Assistant of the Department of Psychology of BSU. 1999-2002 - postgraduate study in the department of history, political science and law of the RSUH on specialty 23.00.02 - political institutions, ethnopolitical conflictology, national and political processes and technologies. Since 2003, he teaches at the RSUH. Has practical experience of participation in various levels of political and electoral campaigns, held both in Russia and abroad. Advises various political parties, socio-political movements, individual politicians. He is an expert in the field of political regionalistics, political, psychological and information support of political PR campaigns. Member of the Russian Association of Political Sciences. He was awarded a diploma by the Moscow City Election Commission for his active participation in the work as chairman of the precinct election commission for organizing and holding elections to the Moscow City Duma in 2005. Scientific interests, results of scientific activity His main research interests are: political psychology, political communicativistics, political socialization, political advertising, political PR, sociology of public opinion, manipulative influence of the media on public opinion.
