Biography
Pipeline development: elaborating the portfolio strategy for biological products, searching for partners (BioEurope, CPHI, China Bio etc), business correspondence, negotiations with both potential and ongoing partners. ♦ Executive manager for a few projects: Idursulfase beta, Green Cross corporation, Republic of Korea; several undisclosed deals. The management of in-licensing contracts: MoU, TS, General Framework Agreement, License agreement, Technology Transfer Agreement, Supply Agreement, Trademark Agreement. ♦ Due diligence of the proposals: managing the medical/technological analysis of feasibility, building up investment financial models with different scenarios. ♦ Participation in planning of preclinical and clinical trials: negotiations with PIs, conducting the expertise of documents with lead assessors of MoH/Scientific center of evaluation of medical products: biosimilars, vaccines, innovative biologicals. ♦ Presentation of the grant proposals for Scientific Advisory Board of Ministry of Trade and Industry with 3 positive decisions.
