Biography
Andrea has almost 20 years of experience as management consultant. His main competencies are in business planning and management, end-to-end value chain excellence, cost management, program management, transaction support and commercial & contractual management. Andrea works mainly in industrial sectors with the perspective of progression programs and global performance improvement, and has proven expertise in the Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Industrial Equipment and Transportation industries. Currently active as Vice President of EFESO Consulting he leads the Group activities in three specific areas, notably the Procurement & Cost Management and Contract Management practice and in the Aerospace & Defence industry. Before joining EFESO he was Director and co-founder of the management consulting boutique Blupeter in Italy, and prior to that he was senior manager at Solving International and member of the Group’s International Technical Committee. He has a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
