Biography

Paco is a person who loves to challenge himself. That same passion for challenge follows him in his career as an Urban Scientist. Throughout his career, Paco has found out that the way to grow is to take on problems that you’re not sure you can handle. Having managed projects in 35 different countries, he validated his theory of growing through challenges. Beyond serving his clients, Paco is proud of his reputation as a leader who helps to mentor and nurture his colleagues as they grow into leadership roles.
