Marina Aivazova

Biography

Marina has more than 20 years of professional experience in building internal corporate management processes and working with staff. Her career began with active participation in the development of the regulatory framework for the medical insurance market in the insurance company ROSNO, which, after gaining a leading position in the country, became part of the largest international insurance holding Allianz. Marina was an active participant in working groups on the improvement of legislation in the field of health and medical insurance at the stage of the formation of this market in Russia. In the status of Deputy General Director and member of the Board of ROSNO, Marina was responsible for the organizational development of the company, headed corporate and legal work, personnel management, administrative functions, and also managed the branch network. From 2008 to 2014, Marina worked as a managing director in a large investment holding of AFK Sistema, where she was responsible for managing the portfolio companies and introducing uniform algorithms for the implementation of shareholder rights in relation to assets. Marina also has many years of teaching experience in educational institutions specializing in postgraduate training and advanced training in medical insurance and management. Marina has a degree in biology and chemistry. In addition, she completed a postgraduate course in finance and credit (specialization - medical insurance), she completed training under the OPEX for Senior Executives program (effective business process management) in the European insurance company Allianz AG, etc. In 2016, Marina entered the rating of "TOP-1000 Russian managers", which is prepared by the Association of Managers of Russia and the Publishing House "Kommersant".
