Biography
Søren Thuesen Pedersen joined Novo Nordisk in January 1994 and is currently working as an External Affairs Director in Quality Intelligence and Inspections. Mr Pedersen is a member of the boards of HOFOR A/S, HOFOR Forsyning Holding PS, HOFOR Forsyning Komplementar A/S and HOFOR Forsyning A/S, (all Copenhagen Utilities), Denmark. Mr Pedersen has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the Engineering Academy of Denmark from 1988. Mr Pedersen has been an employee-elected member of the Board of Directors of Novo Nordisk A/S since 2006 and was re-elected by the employees in 2010 and 2014. His term as a board member of Novo Nordisk A/S expires in March 2018. Mr Pedersen became a member of the Nomination Committee at Novo Nordisk A/S in March 2017. Mr Pedersen is a male Danish national, born December 1964.
