Biography
Marina has over 20 years of professional experience in building internal management and HR processes. She started her career at ROSNO insurance company, which was acquired by Allianz Insurance Group after becoming a leader on the Russian insurance market. Marina actively participated in the development of and improvement of Russian medical insurance and healthcare legislation. As Deputy CEO and Member of the Board of ROSNO, Marina was responsible for the company’s organisational development, the drafting of corporate regulations, HR management, administrative support functions and also management of the branch network. Marina has unique experience of transforming a company’s management model and business processes in the context of a long-term partnership between Russian and foreign shareholders, and also the change of controlling shareholder.
