Vladimir Gurdus

Biography

Vladimir is the CEO of RMI Partners, which manages the projects of RusnanoMedInvest LLC and NovaMedica LLC.  He is also the co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of RMI Partners (venture capital investment company), Team Drive (management of major projects) and Doctor Ryadom (network of medical clinics). Since 2012 Vladimir has been part of the leadership team at the company, implementing a major pharmaceutical and medical project, the brainchild of its investors RUSNANO OJSC and the American firm Domain Associates LLC. RusnanoMedInvest LLC (RMI) was founded to implement this project. RMI is the largest venture capital company in life sciences in Eastern Europe, focusing on innovative pharmaceutical projects backed by sustainable, cutting edge technologies. Initial project funding is US$380 million. Russian pharmaceutical company NovaMedica LLC is responsible for the localisation of the products and technologies in Russia. It was also founded to implement ambitious plans to create a new GMP-compliant production facility and facilitate the production of innovative drugs.
