Biography
Born on August 1, 1978 in Moscow. In 2000, graduated from the Department of Engineering and Economics at Moscow Technical University of Communications and Information Technologies. In 2009, earned an MBA from Higher School of Management at Higher School of Economics with a concentration in General and Strategic Management. Mr. Maksin worked for several telecommunications companies and held an office at the Department for Economic and Investment Policy at Russia’s Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications. Mr. Maksin came to work at NPO petrovax in 2005. Since 2008 he has been holding the office of Commercial Director.
