Biography
Vyacheslav Marshalov has twenty years' experience in the security and defense sector. He has worked across several Russian Federation government departments, concentrating on the development and exploitation of internet technologies and cyber security measures, for national security and the protection of critical national infrastructures. Marshalov specializes in the application of technical intelligence to dynamic threat environments and operational risk mitigation strategies. He holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, an MBA, and is a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, and the Chartered Institute for IT.
