Biography

Margarita joined OCT as a Project Manager in July 2013. Margarita graduated from Moscow State University as a physiologist/biologist in 2007. Margarita has been worked in pharmaceutical area since 2007 starting with pre-clinical trials which she performed for Jonhson&Jonhson in the laboratory of Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Then she moved back to Russia and started her career in clinical trials from the position of coordinator in MSD pharmaceuticals where she gained experience in logistic, regulatory, financial aspects, organization of investigators meetings and other. Later on Margarita became a CRA in Novartis and was promoted to Local Lead CRA who combines responsibilities of CRA and Project Manager. During these years Margarita has been involved in cardiology, rheumatology, oncology, endocrinology studies of different phases. At the moment in OCT Margarita is responsible for clinical projects management including start-up/ongoing trials’ activities, vendor selection, budgeting, study documents review and preparation, staff training and support. In her work Margarita builds effective communication with clients, establishes a stable workflow and provides high quality results.
