Biography
Maria Kabysheva joined OCT as a Project Manager in September 2012. Maria graduated from Moscow State University, with a degree in biology. Then she completed scientific research in physiology and biochemistry in Magdeburg, Germany. Maria started working in the industry in 2007 as a Clinical Trial Assistant at MSD, and then she was promoted subsequently to Regulatory submissions Specialist, CRA and Study Manager for outsourced studies in CIS countries. Maria has also worked for local CRO as a Project Manager and also had a chance to obtain valuable experience in Business Development. During her years in clinical research Maria has been involved in a wide range of studies including global cardiology, pulmonology, endocrinology, nephrology, rheumatology, neurology studies as well as local cardiology and bioequivalence studies. Maria is experienced in the study submission process, study budget creation and monitoring, SOPs preparation, organization of investigators meetings and overall clinical trials management from early start up till closeout. Maria is very responsible, active, communicative and open-minded.
