Biography

Mikhail has over 6 years' experience in clinical trials development. He joined the OCT team in 2011 as a legal adviser. Mikhail is responsible for legal support of the company’s operations in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. His responsibilities include drafting of legal documents, preparation of contracts, provision of legal advice to all OCT employees, dealing with various contractual, financial and labor issues, and taxation-related assistance. Prior to joining the OCT team, Mikhail worked in the Mechnikov North-West State Medical University and in the i>Baltic State Technical University “Voenmekh” as a legal counsel. In 2003, Mikhail graduated from the St. Petersburg University of Ministry of the Interior of Russia and obtained a degree in jurisprudence. In 2007, Mikhail graduated from the St. Petersburg State University and completed his second degree in psychology of management.
