Tatiana Popova

Biography

 Tatiana Popova joined OCT in 2009 as the Chief Accountant. With her knowledge of civil and economic law, accounting, financial and tax legislation, Tatiana is responsible for managing the development of accounting and reporting systems within the Company as well as development of the tax policy of the Company in compliance with the Tax Legislation. Some of Tatiana’s main responsibilities are maintenance of accounting ledgers, budget expenditure administration, accounting of property, liabilities, fixed and cash assets, and inventory. Tatiana is also in charge of interaction with monetary organizations, accounting authorities, and credit institutions. Preparation and submission of budget execution reviews and expenditure estimates, accounting and statistical reporting fall under Tatiana’s responsibilities as well. Tatiana holds multiple degrees which include Accounting, Auditing, and Law. She has been working in the field of accountancy in excess of 10 years now and will continue to thrive at OCT where she is a key member of one of the leading full service CRO in Russia, CIS, and CEE providing quality and effective clinical operations.
