Biography
Victoria joined OCT in August 2016. As a senior training & recruitment manager, Victoria is responsible for recruitment and selection of staff, creation and execution of recruitment strategies for the company’s new offices, and development of training programs. Victoria has over 10 years’ experience in the CRO industry and a broad knowledge of clinical operations, training and recruitment. Viktoria started as a project coordinator in a CRO where she subsequently held the position of a senior manager responsible for training & resourcing. Victoria graduated from the Herzen State Pedagogical University with a degree in philology and completed a number of clinical research training programs.
