Biography

Yakov joined OCT in October, 2016. As a project manager, he is responsible for clinical project management including study initiation, ongoing monitoring, and close out activities, vendor selection, budgeting, review and preparation of study documents, staff training and support. Yakov graduated from the Saint-Petersburg State Medical Academy with a degree in general medicine and completed a residency program in therapy with specialization in cardiology. For the last 9 years Yakov had been working in an international CROs where he participated in research projects across a variety of therapeutic areas, such as pediatrics and neurology, oncology and rheumatology, respiratory diseases and nephrology, cardiology and ophthalmology.
