Biography
Yann is a specialist in performance improvement, change management and organizational development. His sector expertise covers media, logistics, manufacturing, banking, public transport and retail. Yann has 15 years management consultancy experience with the European Performance Institute, Empact & EFESO Consulting. In his prior experience he was a researcher and teacher at the Leuven University and was a senior manager in retail distribution management and logistics. From 2011 to 2014 Yann was an Operations Director for the Belgian Post where he realized significant performance improvements in the cost, quality and safety area. He has successfully completed significant performance improvement and change management projects with local and global clients in various industries. He is a graduate of Leuven University (KU Leuven 1994) and is an ADKAR certified change manager (Stockholm 2013).
