 Specialization Diagnosis and treatment: inflammatory diseases of the eyes (blepharitis including demodectic, barley, chalazion, conjunctivitis, uveitis, chorioretinitis, iridocyclitis); dry eye syndrome (definition of tear production, condition of lacrimal passages, quality of tear film); central and peripheral forms of retinal dystrophy (diagnosis of retinal conditions with the help of ophthalmoscopy, examination of the retina center on an optical coherent tomograph, development of a treatment regimen); pathology of the fundus against the background of somatic diseases (arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, vegetovascular dystonia); glaucoma: measurement of intraocular pressure, field of vision, optic nerve examination on an optical coherent tomograph, conservative correction of intraocular pressure, treatment of glaucomatous atrophy of the optic nerve; cataracts: diagnostics, maintenance therapy, laser treatment of secondary cataracts; astigmatism, myopia, farsightedness: ultrasonic biometry, determination of tactics of treatment, selection of glasses and contact correction; allergic diseases; neoplasm of the eyes.
