Biography
Independent director, member of the Supervisory Board, member of the Risk Committee, the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Supervisory Board Mr. Zelenov is the Director of the Financial Institutions Department at the State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank). Mr. Zelenov is also a member of the Boards of Directors of GLOBEX Commercial Bank and Russian Standard Bank, and a member of the Supervisory Board of Prominvestbank (Ukraine). In 1977, Mr. Zelenov graduated from Moscow Financial Institute majoring in International Economic Relations. He has a professional degree of certified directors awarded by the Institute of Directors (UK).
