Biography
Mr. Predtechensky was Deputy CEO of Otkritie Holding between March 2008 and April 2010. Since 2013, he has been heading Risks at Otkritie Financial Corporation Bank. Since 2013, Mr. Predtechensky has been a member of the Supervisory Board of National Clearing Center Bank. Since 2014, he has been a member of the Board of Directors at LUKOIL-GARANT Non-state Pension Fund. Before joining Otkritie Holding, Mr. Predtechensky worked for Inteza Bank, TransCreditBank. In 2000, Mr. Predtechensky graduated with honours from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 1998 and 1999, he studied Financial Management at Notre Dame de la Paix (Belgium) under the Russian Presidential scholarship programme. He has a PhD in Economics.
