Biography
Ms. Elena Arkhangelskaya served as the Chief Operating Officer of OJSC Pharmstandard since February 2014. Ms. Arkhangelskaya served as Chief Financial Officer of OJSC Pharmstandard since 2006 and served as its Director of Finance. Ms. Arkhangelskaya has 11 years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and held senior positions at Eli Lilly and worked for other international pharmaceutical companies. She served as a Director of OJSC Pharmstandard since June 2008. Ms. Arkhangelskaya graduated from the State Financial Academy and has obtained a masters degree in business administration from the American Institute of Business and Economics.
