Biography
Mikhail graduated with honours from the University “Technological Institute Lensoviet” in St. Petersburg. Prior to joining EFESO Consulting Mikhail worked at AUSIMONT s.P.a. where he was involved in process improvement activities. After joining EFESO in 2002 He opened the subsidiary of EFESO Consulting in Russia in 2008, where he now has responsibility for Business Development and supporting clients in the region with their progression plans. Mikhail has supported clients in the FMCG, Pharma, Automotive, Manufacturing, Packaging and Administration to successfully achieve improvement targets by deploying continuous improvement approaches such as WCOM™, Lean Manufacturing and TPM and HPM
