Biography
From 2010 through January 2014, he was the Director for Strategic Development at PhosAgro AG. In 2005 - 2006 he worked as deputy CEO for strategy at OJSC PhosAgro, then as deputy and first deputy CEO for strategy at CJSC PhosAgro AG. He has been CEO of OJSC NIUIF in 2003 - 2014. In 1999 he joined PhosAgro and worked at OJSC NIUIF researching matters related to the analysis of trends in the global technology markets and high-capacity chemical products. Until 1998 he was a professor of the technology of non-organic substances. Levin graduated fr om the Mendeleev Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology, wh ere he specialized in the technology of non-organic substances and chemical fertilisers
