Biography
Mikhail Rybnikov has been head of CJSC PhosAgro AG since 2012. Since 2011 he was the executive director of CJSC PhosAgro AG. Mr. Rybnikov has been with the company since 2006, having served as director for economic affairs, finance director and executive director. In 2004 - 2006 he held the post of director for economic affairs and finance at OJSC Apatit. From 2001 to 2004 he was CFO at OJSC Ammophos. In 1998 - 2001 Mr. Rybnikov worked as deputy CEO for economic affairs and finance at OJSC Voskresensk Mineral Fertilisers. Rybnikov graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a master`s degree in economics.
