Sergei V. Sereda

Biography

Mr. Sereda has held the position of First Deputy CEO of PJSC PhosAgro since March 2014. He was appointed as Deputy CEO for Sales and Logistics of PhosAgro AG in 2013. Before that, Sergei was Deputy CEO for Government Relations of PhosAgro in 2012.   Sergei has worked at PhosAgro since 2003, occupying positions of Head of the Internal Control and Audit, Director of the Voskresensk branch of PhosAgro AG and CEO of Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers, as well as First Deputy CEO of PhosAgro AG.   From 2000 to 2003, Sergei Sereda was a member of the Boards of Directors of Metrokom, IFC Menatep and the Progress-Garant insurance company.  Prior to that he was the Director of Corporate Finance and  Partner at Arthur Andersen from 1994 to 2000.   Mr. Sereda graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Affairs in 1982, and he has also received training in the IMF Institute and INSEAD.  He was born in 1958.
